El-Ad National Properties, LLC Moves Headquarters to Palm Beach County

Now Located in Downtown Boca Raton, Company Plans to Expand, Grow Jobs

BOCA RATON, Fla. (August 20, 2018) — With plans to grow its employee base and provide “hands-on” management of the company’s $500 million transformation of its Mizner on the Green into a luxury condominium community, El-Ad National Properties, LLC (El-Ad) has relocated its headquarters to Downtown Boca Raton.   From the Bank of America building at 150 East Palmetto Park Road, Suite 400, El-Ad will drive its real estate development, management, sales and administrative operations for properties owned directly or through partnership in Florida totaling 4,372 residential units.

El-Ad currently has five rental communities in Boca Raton, including Camino Real (formerly The Jefferson), Tuscany Pointe, Somerset Place, Savannah Place and Mizner on the Green. Its Broward County portfolio includes San Michele, Colonnade Residences, development ready properties on the beach in Fort Lauderdale and Double Tree GalleryOne Condo Hotel on the Intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale. Other El-Ad properties in Florida are located in Duval, Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.

“We have long had a real estate presence in Boca Raton and are now pleased to officially call Boca Raton and Palm Beach County home,” noted  El-Ad National Properties Executive Director of Development Noam Ziv. “With the substantial investment we have been making in the City since 2005, it made perfect sense for us to relocate our headquarters down the street from our newest luxury residential project and bring our team here.”

Now that the company has “settled in”,  El-Ad National Properties is actively partnering with area businesses and nonprofit organizations to collaboratively champion Boca Raton’s distinguishing brand, its “live, work, play, learn” legacy and the features, benefits and advantages of its Downtown destination.  Initial engagements include an “Art in Public Places” and museum programming collaboration-in-progress with the Boca Raton Museum of Art; active memberships in the Boca Downtown Business Alliance and Boca Raton Chamber and support of community-enriching nonprofit organizations as the Golden Bell Education Foundation, Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach County and the FAU Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine.
