Previous Experience:

With more than 13 years of legal experience, Arava Mohar is General Counsel for El-Ad National Properties, LLC, where she oversees all legal aspects of El-Ad National’s portfolio. Her expertise includes working in the US, Israel and Europe in the fields of Corporate Law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Acquisitions and Financing.

During her 9-year tenure with the El-Ad Group, Ms. Mohar has been working with El-Ad National as well as with the Group’s other real estate companies in Israel and in Europe and has assisted in taking one of the Group’s companies, El-Ad Europe Ltd., public in the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.

In El-Ad National, she manages all legal work and oversees all legal matters handled by outside counsel.

Prior to joining El Ad, Ms. Mohar worked for one of Israel’s largest and most prominent law firms, Goldfarb Seligman & Co.

Ms. Mohar received her law degree from Tel-Aviv University and holds an LLM from the University of Miami. She is a member of the Israeli Bar and the New York State Bar.
