Roni Avraham is working in real-estate development for the past 20 years focusing on large scale developments in China, USA, Israel and South America. Roni has served the Tshuva Group for the past 8 years in China, USA (NY, FL) and IL.

Roni served in various management capacities operating real estate projects of 5,500 apartments in Jinan and Shenyang, China, and overseeing over 1,000 employees. He has developed thousands of residential apartments in Israel and 500 residential apartments in San Juan, Argentina.

Also his purview included working with investors and bankers in Tel Aviv, NY, Beijing, Shanghai and HK.

Roni now works at Elad National Properties as Vice President/Head of Development and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of construction and business development in both commercial and residential properties.

As a qualified Developer, Contractor, Economist and Real Estate Appraiser, Roni’s educational achievements include a B.A in Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel, training from Haifa University (Tech), and the Institute for Licensed Contractors and Civil Engineering in Tel Aviv.
